Frege establishes a difference between the sense, reference, and representation of a sign. Is it correct to say that the reference of an expression is objective, the representation of it is subjective, and its sense situates itself in an intersubjective domain? If so, how do we grasp the sense of an expression and apprehend it? By which means?
