Misrepresentation discovered by an insurer may result in the policy being voided. To do so successfully, the insurer must show:
a. The misrepresented fact was material to the risk.
b. The insured acted in good faith.
c. The misrepresentation was unintentional.
d. The misrepresentation occurred after the policy inception.
