Ok so when they are saying ten they are talking about 334. So the rule is if the number to the right of the ten is below 5 then it says the same but if it is above 5 then you round up.
334 rounded would be 330 because 4 is below 5.
Example:
336 would be rounded up to 340 because 6 is above 5.
