What is the difference between a positive and a normative statement

A normative statement is based in an opinion that could be ethical or moral and there isn't a way to prove it, and a positive statement not necessarily should be true but it could be tested through surveys, study cases or simulation to know his veracity. In the practice them are used in economy or philosophy.
