Yes, this has made me understand the concept of white privilege, although I do not think that white privilege is a large aspect of every white person's life anymore. A lot of people have thrown the "privileges" of being white away because they are not good. These "privileges" came from an evil place and only brings evil with it.
(don't put this in but I personally have never been affected positively by white privilege, making it less like a privilege but a curse. Personal time over)
