Start by calculating how many minutes is 1.5 hours.
Then, you need to do a proportion.
[tex] \frac{2.4 miles}{10 minutes} = \frac{?}{1.5 hours in minutes} [/tex]

If you still can't do it, just comment and I'll explain more :)
