In the beginning of the paragraph, after you explain and provide evidence to back up the strong message and why it is so powerful. Basically the powerful message in the paragraph should be the topic of the paragraph.
A powerful message should be your closing sentence in your conclusion paragraph. This gives the audience something to remember and ponder about later.
