Slope intercept form is:

y = mx + b

So all you have to do is isolate y

2x - 4y + 7 = 0

2x - 4y = -7

-4y = -7 - 2x

y = -7/-4 - 2x/-4

y = [tex]\frac{7}{4} + \frac{2x}{4}[/tex]

y =  [tex]\frac{1x}{2} + \frac{7}{4}[/tex]

y = [tex]\frac{1}{2}x + \frac{7}4[/tex]

Hope this helped!
