For this case we have that in one hour there are 60 minutes. On the other hand, we have that 1 mile equals 5280 feet.

So, we have:

[tex]\frac {ft} {min} = \frac {ft} {min} * 60 \frac {min} {h} * \frac {1} {5280} \frac {mile} {ft}\\\frac {ft} {min} = \frac {60} {5280} \frac {miles} {h}[/tex]

So, given an amount per foot per minute, we must multiply by [tex]\frac {60} {5280}[/tex]and get miles per hour

ANswer:

[tex]\frac {ft} {min} = \frac {60} {5280} \frac {miles} {h}[/tex]
