Subtract 4/5 from each side.
You get x=9/5
For future problems like this,  use the inverse operations.
Inverse operations:  (Addition,  subtraction)  (Multiply,  divide)
Like if it is 5x=25,  divide by 5.
x=5
For this x=9/5 though
