Lincoln, in his speech, is short and concise. Mentioning the word such as "freedom" and the famous ending phrase " this nation, under God, shall have a new birth of freedom -- and that government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth."  Meaning the point of view of the president was the consolidation of an equal nation, a new beginning after the civil and race war.
