Was the American Revolution an act of Treason? explain.

Answer: It certainly was not an act of treason, because its purpose was to gain freedom; freedom from Great Britian. Great Britian did not have the right to rule over them, so the Americans had the right to break free from their rule, as the British were unfair and unjust.
