So, m = (9 - 3) / (3 - 0)

m = 2

Now we have y = 2x +b

Notice one of our points is (0,3)

Since the x value of that point is 0, it is the y intercept.

In the slope intercept form b = y-intercept

Therefore b = 3

So, y = 2x + 3
