The vertex of this parabola is at (-2, -3). When the y-value is -2, the x-value is -5. Determine the coefficient of the squared term in the parabola's equation.

So the problem ask to calculate the coefficient of the squared term in the parabola equation and the best answer, based on my calculation and further formulation, is that the vertex of the parabola is y =a(x-h)^2+k and to simplify it i came up with an answer of x^2.
