(5,3):

3 ≤ 3(5) - 2 = 13; that's true

(4,3)

3 >? -(1/2)4 +5 = 5 - 2 = 3; that's false

Answer: 2)    (4,3)

Let's check the rest.

4 ≤ 3(3) - 2 = 7, true

(4,4)

4 >? -(1/2)(4) + 5 = 5 - 2= 3, true

4 ≤ 3(4) - 2 = 10, true
