[tex]x ^ 2 + 4x + y ^ 2 - 10y - 35 = 0 \\ {x}^{2} + 4x + 4 - 4 + {y}^{2} - 10y - 35 + 60 - 60 = 0 \\ (x + 2) ^{2} - 4 + (y - 5) ^{2} - 60 = 0 \\ {( x+ 2)}^{2} + (y - 5) ^{2} = 64[/tex]

The center is (-2; 5) and the radius is 8
