Vacuoles are storage bins that are kinda like storage bubbles in plants and animal cells and turgor pressure happens when the water inside the plant cell vacuole starts to expand which pushes the cell memebrance or walls so when a plant doesn't get enough of water the plant will wilt which means the plant ends up losing it turgor pressure as well.
