It is point slope
y-y1 = m(x-x1)
y1 = 2, m = -1, x1 = -3
Make it into slope intercept
Y = -1x + b
2 = 3 + b, b = -1
Y = -1x - 1
Find three points
(-3, 2), (-1, 0), (0, -1)
Now plot these points and draw a line through them
