f(x) = x² - 2x + 3

Now

f(-2) = (-2)² - 2 * ( -2 ) + 3

= 4 + 4 + 3

= 11

f(3) = 3² - 2 * 3 + 3

= 9 - 6 + 3

= 12 - 6

= 6
