How do you find all the zeros of f(x) = x^2 - 12x 20 with its multiplicities?

Just factorize the polynomial and you will get (x-2)(x-10) its roots are +2 and +10 and the multiplicities are +4 root of multiplicity 1, and +10 root of multiplicity 1.
