As he earned $16 for walking his neighbour’s dog four times, we can find out the rate for walking their dog one time by dividing 16 by 4. Therefore, the rate for one walk is $4.

We can then find out how many times Brayden walked his neighbour’s dog when he earned $24 by dividing that by $4.

Therefore, the amount of times he walked his neighbour’s dog is 24/4 which is 6.
