Through the process of photosynthesis, carbon dioxide is pulled from the air to produce food made from carbon for plant growth.
Plants are involved with the carbon cycle because they go through a process called photosynthesis. Photosynthesis is when the plant absorbs carbon dioxide(CO2) and releases oxygen, this is for the plant to grow and live. This is very good for our environment and keeping the air clean.
