Line passing through (2,2) is parallel to X - 2Y = 4, so, the slope is same as given line.

m = -a/b = -1/-2 = 1/2

The equation is

(Y - Y1) = m(X - X1) => Y - 2 = 1/2(X - 2) =>

2Y - 4 = X - 2 => | X - 2Y = -2 |
