When can the president ever get his job back after being declared unfit?

In case of the inability of the President to discharge the powers and duties of the said office, the said powers and duties shall devolve on the Vice President, until the inability be removed. If the president wants to dispute this move, he can, but then it would be up to Congress to settle the matter with a vote.
