Tow formulas for compounds containing hydrogen and oxygen are H2O and H2O2. Do these formulas represent the same compounds? Explain

they do not, H2O is water an there is only one Hydrogen. H2O2, this one have 2 hydrogen, because there is a two in front of the oxygen.
