From the conditions of England during the eighteenth century, the most important for the industrial revolution is actually the combination of two points: a lot of available labor (expelled from the countryside, workers looking for jobs in the city) and much raw material available (coal, for example). These two points are the main points for forming the basis for the Industrial Revolution.
