Find y intercept:

y = (0 - 1)(0 + 3)     ⇒       y = -3

coordinates: (0, -3)

Find x intercept:

(x - 1)(x + 3) = 0        ⇒     x = 1, x = -3

Vertex: x = -b/2a = -2/2(1) = -1
