Its weathering is when weather is constantly hitting the stone it starts to look run down. If a grave was made over 200 years ago in stone not much would have happened and nowadays they put a special finish on a gravestone thats why it has that glossy finish so it would be much harder to see erosion. Acid rain is out of the question. and Sediment applies more to ecosystems.
