The pipe is in the form of cylinder.

[tex]\begin{gathered} d\text{ = 8 m} \\ r\text{ = 4 m} \\ h\text{ = 3 m} \end{gathered}[/tex]

The volume of the pipe is calculated as,

[tex]\begin{gathered} \text{Volume = }\pi\times r^2\times h \\ \text{Volume = 3.14 }\times\text{ 4}\times4\times3 \\ \text{Volume = 150.72 }\approx150.70m^3 \end{gathered}[/tex]

Thus the volume of water is 150.70 cubic m .
