The follow-ups to the Window Equation do not usually use the a plus symbol and equals sign, and are drawn by flipping one of the numbers.
1 + 1 = window
2 + 2 = fish
3 + 3 = eight
7 + 7 = triangle
The following are much less common:
4 + 4 = arrow
5 + 5 = apple
6 + 6 = cherry
8 + 8 = butterfly
