Table of decimal logarithms, we have:
log 2 
≈ 0.30
log 3 ≈ 0.47
log 11 ≈ 1.04

Therefore:
Log (2) + log (3) -log (11) =
0.30 + 0.47 - 1.04 = 
0.77 - 1.04 = - 0.27

You could also solve the answer using logarithmic rules.

log(a * b) = log(a) + log(b)
log(a / b) = log(a) - log(b)

Therefore

log(2) + log(3) - log(11)
log(6) - log(11)
log(6 / 11)
= -0.263 to 3DP
