How was khrushchev different from stalin?

Khrushchev not quite the same as Stalin as he was less pitiless and suspicious. They were comparable in that they both were savage and willing to squash rivals with lethal drive. They were diverse in that Stalin had supreme power, however Khrushchev's energy was more restricted by his associate gathering.
