All 3 statutes made some change to help remove discriminatory voting practices based upon race. However, I would like to note that the 24th Amendment was proposed during the Kennedy Administration and ratified during Johnson's. So, the 24th Amendment shouldn't be attributed to the Great Society. Regardless of the question's inherent fault, D is the best choice.
