what is the value of f(16)-f(0) when f(x)= 4x-8

Plug in 16 for x and get f(16)=4(16)-8, which is 72.
Plug in 0 for x and get f(0)=4(0)-8, which is -8.
So, f(16)-f(0)=80
=72 = -8
