Change "9" to [tex] \frac{9}{1} [/tex]

Problem becomes: [tex] \frac{9}{1} ( \frac{7}{4} )[/tex]

[tex] \frac{9(7)}{1(4)} [/tex]

[tex]9(7) = 63 [/tex]

[tex]1(4) = 4 [/tex]

= [tex] \frac{63}{4} [/tex]
