The Indian government had problems in reducing air pollution because the people in their country does not want to slow down the economy growth—in which, this is the main problem as to why air pollution rises. In order to meet their goals, it is best to reduce the cause of why their problem is happening and to establish alternatives in a way of having to solve the problem that they have.
