The first step that should be taken in solving the inequality 4(3-5x)>-6x+9 is multiplying the number before the parenthesis. The part of the expression within the parentheses, is evaluated first, so the first step is to multiply 4 with that what's in the the parenthesis. We will obtain the following inequality:
4*3-4*5*x>
-6x+9
12-20x>-6x+9
