A conclusion is a judgement made by the information you have gathered. It is basically a reasoning and it sums everything up. It is usually made at the end of something. Essays usually have conclusions at the end of it to sum everything up. Kinda like a summary, but it is a short paragraph that says all the points and summarizes all the concepts.
