According to Hoover what is the danger of the new deal

New Deal was actually supposed to relieve the unemployed people in the United States. However, not all the people benefited from the new deal. It's main goal was to eliminate unemployment, which didn't exactly work as anticipated. 

Some people believe that FDR put people through hard jobs and paid them very little. The workers were expected to perform dangerous tasks.

So, it's a pretty split discussion.
