When you go for a job interview and are introduced to many people, whose name are you most likely to remember?

I believe it would be: The first person you meet.
When we enter a new environment such as job interview, we would enter a territory that is unrecognized our pre-existing memory.
Because of this, the first person that you meet in that job interview would become some sort of checkpoint in your memory that differentiates the old and new memory.
