The answer is infrastructure. To simplify, better roads, railroads, and schools are all considered necessary to develop Africa’s economic infrastructure. In addition, rising African nations need to endorse manufacturing and other industries in order to diversify their economy. An additional way that Africa seeks to progress its economy is through regional cooperation while groups such as SADC and ECOWAS.
