What were “Tejanos”?

Hey there!

"Tejanos" were Mexicans who declared Texas as their own home.
They are also people who lived in Texas for a crazy amount of time, and had never left the state to go cross the border or any other reason of leaving their land. That is my brief definition of a "Tejano".
