Corporate bonds refer to bonds that can also issue stocks. Meanwhile, convertible bonds refer to redeemable bonds with a predetermined amount. Among he mentioned bonds, corporate bonds have higher yield than convertible bonds. However, the former also has higher risk than the latter.
