Tax reforms are occurring much more in recent years because most of the countries in the world are in debt. Some countries are on the verge of economic collapse, or rather bankruptcy. So most of the countries have to make tax reforms and adjust them to their economies and to make better balancing of the economies so that they do not collapse.
