When you use the quadratic formula, you’re making the function equal to 0. So we know that the zeros happen when x equals 2 and 4. So let’s try to think of a trinomial that factors to (x - 2)(x - 4). You could do FOIL to get x^2 - 6x + 8.

Now if you want to show your work, plug everything into the quadratic formula. Due to limitations on a phone, ill just write it out.
