Actually the brain damaged people with weak emotions most of the time tend to make a sick, hasty and fast decision which doesn’t make much of sense or meaning, ie, many of the times it may be very severe or negative to others and also mainly for themselves, where in extreme cases those type people may threathen their own life or may be end their life in worst cases.
